HLK-LD2410C 24GHz Human Presence Radar

The HLK-LD2410C is a high-sensitivity 24GHz mmWave radar module designed to detect human presence with far greater reliability than traditional PIR sensors. Using FMCW (Frequency-Modulated Continuous-Wave) radar technology, it can sense not only moving people but also stationary or micro-moving targets such as someone sitting still or sleeping, making it ideal for smart lighting, occupancy detection, security systems, and home automation projects. Combined with advanced radar signal processing and human sensing algorithms, the module delivers accurate presence detection along with auxiliary distance information about the target.

This module supports both GPIO and UART output, making it simple to integrate into microcontroller projects with either a single digital pin or a full serial connection for detailed data. It also features built-in Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, allowing wireless configuration and live monitoring through Hi-Link’s HLKRadarTool app, which is especially useful once the sensor is mounted inside a wall, ceiling, or enclosure.
