Quick Info :
- Driver IC : TM1637

- Digit Size : 0.36 inch
- Interface : 2-wire serial (CLK, DIO)
- Operating Voltage : 3.3V to 5V DC
The TM1637 4 Digit LED Display Module is a compact seven-segment display that shows numbers, time, temperature, counters, and other readouts with bright, clear digits. A dedicated TM1637 driver chip is built into the board and handles all the multiplexing and refreshing for you, so there is no need for resistors or a tangle of wires.
Only four connections are needed: VCC, GND, CLK, and DIO. The CLK and DIO signal lines can go to any two digital pins on your microcontroller, leaving the rest of your I/O free for sensors and buttons. The display has a centre colon, which makes it perfect for digital clocks, and the TM1637 offers 8 adjustable brightness levels to suit any environment. Although it looks similar to I2C, it uses its own two-wire protocol, so use a TM1637 library on Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or Pico. The module works with both 5V and 3.3V logic.
Several modules can be used together by giving each its own CLK and DIO pins. It is a great fit for clocks, timers, scoreboards, thermometers, and counters. Whether you are a beginner learning to drive a display or a maker building a dashboard or lab tool, this module delivers a clear numeric readout with minimal wiring.
