LiFePO4 2S 6.4V 20A BMS Protection Board

The LiFePO4 2S 6.4V 20A BMS Protection Board is a compact protection module for two lithium iron phosphate cells connected in series. It guards the pack against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short circuits. Its balancing function helps keep both cells at the same voltage during charging, which extends pack life and keeps DIY power projects safer.

The board cuts off charging when either cell reaches 3.65V and disconnects the load when a cell drops to 2.0V, protecting the cells from damage. With a 20A rating, it suits solar lights, robots, power banks, LED lighting, and backup power builds using 6.4V LiFePO4 packs made from 18650 or 32650 cells. The slim 50 x 20 x 3mm board fits easily into battery boxes and custom packs.

Connect the cell terminals and the midpoint between the two cells following the pad markings, and always check polarity before connecting. Charge with a 7.2V to 7.4V LiFePO4 charger, and do not use this board with standard Li-ion or LiPo cells.
