FX3U-24MR 2AD 2DA PLC Control Module DC 24V

The VOKM FX3U-24MR 2AD 2DA is a compact, industrial-grade Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) board based on the widely adopted Mitsubishi FX3U instruction set, making it a cost-effective solution for factory automation, process control, and machinery management projects. Powered by a 32-bit industrial microcontroller with strong EMI interference protection, it is designed for reliable, high-speed performance in demanding industrial environments — running on a standard DC 24V / 24W supply.

This module provides 14 digital input points (X0–X15) and 10 relay output points (Y0–Y11), with each relay output rated at 5A — capable of directly switching AC contactors, intermediate relays, solenoid valves, and other industrial loads. Inputs X0–X5 support high-speed counting up to 12KHz for encoder and pulse measurement applications. Two built-in 12-bit analog input channels (2AD) accept 0–10V voltage or 0–20mA current signals — directly interfacing with temperature, pressure, flow, and level sensors without additional modules. Two analog output channels (2DA) provide 0–10V voltage output at 12-bit resolution for variable speed drive control, valve positioning, and actuator applications.

Onboard RS232 and RS485 communication ports enable serial connectivity with HMI panels, SCADA systems, and Modbus devices. A built-in real-time clock (RTC) and run/stop switch are included as standard. Programming is performed in standard Ladder Logic via GX Developer or GX Works2 software, with an 8000-step EEPROM program memory and power-off data retention across key registers, timers, and counters. Floating point arithmetic, subroutines, and interrupt routines are fully supported.
