TO-220 Regulator Heatsink 20x15x10mm

A compact aluminium passive cooling solution, the TO-220 Regulator Heatsink is designed to dissipate heat from TO-220 package components including linear voltage regulators, MOSFETs, transistors, and driver ICs. Measuring 20×15×10mm, this fin-style heatsink mounts directly onto the TO-220 package body, significantly increasing the surface area available for convective heat dissipation and keeping components within safe operating temperatures.

Built from aluminium for excellent thermal conductivity, this heatsink is an essential addition to any circuit where power components risk thermal runaway or derating.
