OV3660 Camera Module 3MP 160° 75mm for ESP32

The OV3660 75mm Camera Module is a high-definition 3-megapixel drop-in camera designed specifically for ESP32-CAM and ESP32-S3 development boards. Built around the OmniVision OV3660 sensor and connected via a 24-pin DVP (Digital Video Port) flexible flat cable, it provides a plug-and-play upgrade path for computer vision, surveillance, face detection, object recognition, and video streaming projects. The 160° wide-angle lens captures an expansive field of view in a single frame — ideal for room monitoring, dashcam-style recording, fisheye effects, and wide-area robotics vision. Supporting both YUV and RGB output formats, it is natively compatible with Espressif’s esp32-camera library and works seamlessly with popular ESP32-CAM frameworks including Arduino IDE and ESP-IDF. The 75mm cable length provides additional installation flexibility, allowing the camera to be positioned away from the main board inside enclosures. Natively supported by ESP32 camera drivers without additional configuration — simply select OV3660 as the camera model in code.
