The MG90S is a tiny 9g class micro servo with metal gears, giving you far better durability than plastic gear servos like the SG90 in a package of almost the same size. It rotates through about 180 degrees and responds to a standard PWM signal, so it works with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, other microcontrollers, and RC receivers.
Delivering up to 2.2kg-cm of stall torque at 6V and a speed of 0.08 seconds per 60 degrees, it is strong and quick enough for small robotic arms, grippers, pan-tilt camera mounts, and RC plane control surfaces. The metal gear train is far less likely to strip when the mechanism jams, which makes it a great upgrade for projects that move often or carry a little load.
The 3-pin JR connector fits standard servo headers and most receivers, and the compact body slips into tight spaces where larger servos cannot. It is ideal for hobbyists, makers, and students. Power it within its rated voltage range, ideally from a supply separate from the microcontroller board when running several servos.
