LF347N Quad JFET Operational Amplifier

The LF347N is a quad JFET-input operational amplifier that packs four independent op-amps into a single 14-pin DIP package, saving board space and wiring in analog projects. Its JFET input stage delivers very high input impedance and low input bias current, so it loads your signal source lightly. That makes it a great choice for buffers, filters, integrators, and sample-and-hold circuits.

With a typical slew rate of 13V/µs and a gain bandwidth of around 3MHz, it responds quickly and handles audio and general-purpose signals with ease. It works from a wide dual supply of ±3.5V to ±18V, and its internally trimmed offset voltage keeps DC errors low.
