Housed in a 304 stainless steel sleeve measuring 6mm x 20mm, this cartridge is sized as a direct drop-in for the widely used V6 and Volcano-style heater blocks found on many hobbyist printers. Internally, it uses 2080 nickel-chrome heating wire paired with thick, high-temperature-rated 0.5mm insulated wiring, improving durability and service life compared to older, thinner-gauge cartridge heaters. The 1-meter cable gives you plenty of length to route neatly through your printer’s wiring channels or cable chain without needing an extension.
