This 12V DC Electric Linear Actuator is a heavy-duty push-pull motion solution that converts motor power into smooth, controlled linear movement, delivering up to 1500N (approximately 150kg / 330lbs) of thrust over a 200mm (8-inch) stroke. Its self-locking lead screw holds position firmly under load without drawing power, which suits lifting, tilting, pushing, and pulling applications across a wide range of projects.

The parallel, side-mounted motor layout keeps the overall retracted length short at just 305mm for a 200mm stroke, with a fully extended length of 505mm. This makes it a good fit where a conventional in-line motor actuator would be too long to install. The aluminium alloy extension tube measures 36mm in diameter, with Ø6mm clevis mounting holes at both ends that accept standard pins and brackets. Built-in limit switches cut power at both ends of travel to protect the motor and gearbox from overrun, and a moisture-resistant finish provides IP54 protection.

Reverse the supply polarity to switch between extend and retract, or pair the actuator with a DPDT switch, relay module, or H-bridge motor driver for automated control from an Arduino, ESP32, or any microcontroller. Typical uses include automated doors and windows, TV lifts, adjustable furniture, solar trackers, hatches, DIY robotics, camper conversions, and agricultural machinery.
