AC-DC Power Supply 12V 8A 5V 1A Dual Out

This 100W AC-DC Isolated Switching Power Supply Board delivers dual regulated DC outputs — 12V at 8A and 5V at 1A simultaneously — directly from a standard AC mains supply, making it an ideal open-frame power solution for amplifiers, LED panels, industrial control systems, CNC machines, motor drives, and custom embedded power builds.

Built on a full switching power supply topology with an isolated pulse transformer, this board achieves high conversion efficiency with significantly lower heat generation compared to conventional linear transformer-based supplies of equivalent power. The dual aluminium heatsink assembly keeps the main switching MOSFETs and rectifier diodes cool under sustained full-load operation. An onboard EMI filter (TENTA brand) on the AC input side reduces conducted interference back to the mains, ensuring cleaner operation of sensitive downstream equipment. The large 82µF 400V bulk capacitor provides excellent ripple suppression on the high-voltage DC bus.

The AC input is connected via clearly labelled screw terminal blocks (L/N), and the DC outputs are available on separate terminal blocks. With a wide AC input range of 100–260V at 50/60Hz, the board is globally compatible without any voltage switching. Built-in overcurrent, overload, and short-circuit protection safeguard both the board and connected loads. Mounting holes at all four PCB corners allow secure installation inside enclosures, chassis, or custom instrument panels.
