HM501 Thermal Grease Paste

The HM501 Thermal Grease is a high-grade, silicone-based thermal interface material (TIM) engineered to maximize heat transfer between your electronic components and their cooling solution. Its formulation, which often includes carbon and metal oxide compounds, is designed to fill microscopic air gaps and surface imperfections, drastically reducing thermal resistance. Crucially, this grease is electrically non-conductive, eliminating any risk of short-circuiting sensitive components like CPUs, GPUs, or VGA cards. It boasts high durability and stable performance across a wide operating temperature range (typically -50 Deg. C to +260 Deg. C or +280 Deg.
