The SSR-25DA is a single-phase DC-controlled AC solid state relay that lets a small 3-32VDC signal switch AC loads up to 25A. Connect it to a microcontroller, PID temperature controller, or PLC output and it switches heaters, lamps, solenoids, and motors with no mechanical contacts.

Zero-cross triggering reduces electrical noise and inrush when the load turns on, and the optically isolated input keeps your control circuit separate from the AC side. Switching is silent and fast, with no contact wear, bounce, or arcing, so it outlasts a mechanical relay in applications with frequent switching.

The module has four screw terminals and a status LED, and it switches 24-380VAC loads. Mount it on a heat sink for loads above a few amps, and select a relay with generous headroom for inductive or capacitive loads. Ideal for heater control, 3D printer upgrades, home automation, and other DIY projects.
