This High-Temperature Green PET Polyester Tape is a professional-grade single-sided adhesive tape engineered for demanding thermal, electrical, and surface masking applications across electronics manufacturing, PCB processing, powder coating, anodizing, plating, and industrial assembly environments. Manufactured from a dimensionally stable green polyester (PET) film substrate coated with a high-performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, it delivers consistent, reliable performance where standard adhesive tapes fail.

At 0.15mm total thickness, 100mm width, and 33 metres per roll, this tape is well suited to wide-area masking, batch insulation wrapping, transformer coil binding, lithium battery cell insulation, and protecting large PCB zones or metal surfaces during high-temperature finishing processes. The silicone adhesive bonds firmly to PCBs, metals, ceramics, and plastics, yet peels off cleanly in one piece after exposure to process temperatures leaving absolutely no adhesive residue, ghosting, or surface contamination behind.

With continuous heat resistance up to 200°C and a short-term peak tolerance of up to 220°C, the tape maintains its dimensional integrity, adhesion, and protective properties through wave soldering, reflow, powder coat curing, anodizing baths, and baking oven cycles. Excellent electrical insulation properties, resistance to acids, alkalis, UV, and common industrial solvents make it equally valuable as an electrical isolation tape in transformers, motor windings, and capacitor wrapping. The distinctive green colour aids quick identification on production lines and assembly benches.
